Weekly Reading Pilot (Pre-K - Kindergarten)

This Pre-K & Kindergarten Weekly Reading Pilot Program is a 6-week, in-person experience created by Potter and Clay Academy to support early readers through play-based, brain-based learning. Each week centers around a carefully selected picture book and includes movement, discussion, hands-on learning centers, and creative projects that help children grow in literacy, independence, kindness, and self-confidence.

Classes meet weekly at the Barbara Bush Library in the Robin Bush Room. Enrollment is intentionally limited to ensure a calm, meaningful learning environment. Parents remain on site during class (no drop-off).

This program is offered as a pilot, allowing PACA to refine and expand future offerings. There is a $10 total supply fee for the full 6 weeks; outside of supplies, the program is free.
