​Enrollment Instructions 

Welcome to Potter and Clay Academy!
We’re so excited to have you join our homeschool community. Follow the steps below to complete your enrollment and get ready for an amazing school year!

🧩 1. Choose Your Lesson Plan

Decide whether you’d like Digital Lessons (online access) or Printed Lesson Plans (shipped to your home).

• 💻 Digital Lessons are available through your parent portal.

• 📦 Printed Plans are professionally printed, packaged, and mailed to your door.

🦁 2. Select Virtual Classes (Optional)

Add Virtual Classes for live learning three times a week:

• 🧸 Pre-K: 9:30 AM

• 🍎 Kindergarten: 10:30 AM

• ✏️ 1st Grade: 12:30 PM

• 📚 2nd Grade: 2:30 PM

Our virtual sessions are fun, interactive, and focused on connection and creativity.

💳 3. Complete Your Enrollment

Once you’ve chosen your package and class options, proceed to checkout to make your initial payment, which includes your registration fee.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is complete.

💌 4. Receive Your Welcome Email

After payment, you’ll receive your Welcome Email with:

• Your Welcome Letter

• Our latest Parent Newsletter

• Details about what to expect next

🚚 5. Printed Lesson Plan Shipping

If you selected Printed Plans, your materials will be shipped to your home.
You’ll receive:

• A shipping notification when your order goes out

• A UPS email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date

📅 Important Dates

• First Day of School for  September 8, 2026: 

• Supply List: Sent one month before school begins

• Parent Orientation: Virtual meeting two weeks before school starts (evening session)
